Easy Chicken with Dijon Mustard Sauce

2 Four Ounce Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Nonstick Cooking Spray

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon Fat-Free Italian Dressing

1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley

Preheat oven to 350 0 F. Using a rolling pin or meat mallet, pound chicken breast on a cutting board to achieve uniform thickness. Spray a baking pan. Place the chicken breast in the pan. Combine mustard and dressing in a small bowl. Using a pastry brush or spoon, coat the chicken with the mustard mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes until meat reaches an internal temperature of 1650F. Garnish with fresh parsley.
