Black & White Bean Salad

Makes: 3 servings Serving Size: 1 cup Preparation Time: 10 minutes Refrigeration Time: 1 hour Ingredients 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can (15 oz.) cannellini or white navy beans, drained and rinsed 3/4 cup jarred salsa, mild or hot, depending on taste 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro Directions Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and bring to room temperature to serve.
